Movement is a key element in sport, forming the foundation of an active lifestyle for individuals. The goal of movement activities is to enable the learner to move efficiently, increase quality of performance, enhance level of fitness, understand the movement and appreciate the contribution of a physical active lifestyle in life. Many factors, however, affect an individual’s movement including psychological, sociological, physiological and sociological factors.
